Our LED products (as listed above) fail to operate within 3 years (based on 6 hours per day / 7 days per week of normal consumer use) from date of purchase when used as directed, contact our Customer Service Department to set up return. Failure to follow the procedure as provided by the Customer Service Department will void this warranty.

We will send you a replacement(s) or equivalent LED option for the original purchase price. If an identical replacement is not available, DJ Energy Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the defective product with a different product. Replacement of offers of ORIGINAL or EQUIVALENT LED Products is our sole warranty obligation. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded.This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product from DJ Energy Solutions LLC. This warranty does not cover any third-party products or devices used in conjunction with the product purchased. Labor cost is not covered under warranty. This warranty covers products purchased in, and used within, the United States or Canada. No agent, distributor, or dealer is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty on behalf of DJ Energy Solutions LLC. If DJ Energy Solutions LLC  Commercial LED products (as listed above) fail to operate within 5 years (based on 12 hours per day / 7 days per week of normal commercial use) from date of purchase when used as directed, contact DJ Energy Solutions LLC Customer Service Department to set up return. Failure to follow the procedure as provided by the Customer Service Department will void this warranty.

We will send you a replacement(s) or equivalent DJ Energy Solutions LLC option for the original purchase price.
